    When you pay for a course online, your card payment is processed on the secure, PCI-compliant page of our third-party payment gateway. First Response CPR & First Aid Training does not see, collect, or store your full card number or card security code. We receive only confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, along with limited transaction details (such as a partial card number, the amount, and a transaction reference) needed to identify your booking and provide a receipt. All payment pages are protected by SSL encryption.

    How We Use the Information We Gather

    We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, in particular for the following reasons:

    • Internal record keeping and to confirm and manage your bookings
    • To process your payment and issue receipts and certification
